Looks great, Dessert. I also like the warm garnet tones as a contrast with the cooler tones of the plique-á-jour.
Maybe for now you can bend the side loop against the pendant so you won't notice it as much?

And there is another piece on its way now ...oh no, it seems like I got a heavy plique a jour-infection :nailbiting:

    Yay!:singing:
That is one of those infections that turns chronic very easily.:nurse: And there is no cure, it is simply too beautiful.

I ll make sure to show it here if it arrives safely.
I m really lost now: 3 is a collection and I seem to need at least three of every jewelry piece I find :zombie:
Maybe its because, once you find 1, your eye/mind gets trained to more easily find more of the same.

    True.
But jewellery also seems to 'need' company.;)

Plique a jour especially seems to need friends. You're a goner now!

    Gorgeous, Dessert.
What is the mark? It is a bit blurry, could be my eyes.:watching:
    It is worth it.:)

    kyratango Bug jewellery addiction!

    Nice jugendstil piece!
I think the mark is the French weevil (charançon) for imported items:)

Arts and crafts design for sure, or Jungendstil? If that's an import mark, could it be German?

    Definitely Jugendstil.
German imo. It resembles some Secession pieces, but it is more like German Jugendstil. Besides, Secession pieces are more likely to have Austrian assay marks.

AJ, kyratango,evelyb30, thanks for your remarks
Indeed, the mark could be that weird french Weevil :hilarious:
Personally, I would have guessed it could be German or maybe Belgian...we Belgians also have a very impressive Art Nouveau history.
Although maybe Germany indeed makes a bit more sense for this one.

Yes, the more stark strong lines look German. A great design.
