Large Porcelain Figurines. Lamp bases?

    These two large IMG_6707.jpeg IMG_6709.jpeg IMG_6712.jpeg IMG_6713.jpeg porcelain figures of a hunter and his companion turned up in a mixed lot today. They are heavy and stand 31cm tall.

    No maker’s marks and holed so I imagine that they were intended for use as lamp bases.

    I would guess at French c1920

    Any other thoughts?
