Vintage belt made of thin sheet metal.

    Could be from the 1970’s. Luigi Briglia made stuff that looks pretty similar.

    Doesn't have his finesse -- those rivets! -- but certainly looks like a wannabe.

    I would be surprised if it turned out to be his too. I also initially thought 1980’s - which could still be the correct time period - so I wanted to raise the possibility of an earlier date range. If I had a dollar for every time I was (incorrectly) sure there was no point researching before a certain date and spent enormous amounts of time not finding what I needed - !

    I can certainly see it being 1980s too. Perhaps a photograph of the closure will be helpful. And thank you for introducing me to Luigi Briglia; wasn't familiar with his work.
