Help ID artist on watercolor

    This is at my local antique mall and looked pretty cool. The signature appears to be "price"? But not totally sure. Was wondering who the artist might be? Thank you for any info.

    Well, it says Price but it's otherwise unidentified unless there's something on the back. It's a pretty common name. I don't recognize the style

    TBH that looks like my watercolor scratch pad when I'm working on something. Maybe I should sell some of those...

    Any chance this guy painted in his later years?

    I mean I can't and won't say without more info, but it was strikingly close and a lot of people do art port-career so you never know. I got nothing else anyway lol.
