Featured WWI M1916 Citron grenade trench art?

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if this french WWI grenade would be considered trench art or something else? Someone suggested it might be a mace head but it doesn’t seem very practical…

    I'd go for trench art as well.

    The bullet heads are possibly soft soldered on (?), so wouldn't stand up to heavy use.
