Featured Stoneware Jugs

    The one from Fort Edward (which has the original wooden stopper) and the screw top were in my parents estate. The one from Nova Scotia was rescued from my father's sister's estate. Just sharing, but comments appreciated.

    Nice jugs! I wonder if the jug from New York was made thereabouts -- the Nova Scotia one was imported from Glasgow, and I would expect there were a number of them made to order.

    I read the Keno brothers biography. They started out as teenagers finding and selling stoneware jugs in upstate New York
