    I don't wear much jewelry, usually only my wedding band. I might wear this from time to time, though, just for fun!

    Like I said earlier, that story probably relates a coincidence, but I choose to accept it at face value.


    Evidently, the Medical College of Georgia still uses a very similar design, and MD does mean "Medical Doctor" in that context. Later rings have "MC" also, for Medical College.

    Nah, boys love a good "secret club." :rolleyes: It's the symbol of a number of fraternities like Phi Kappa Sigma and Skull and Bones at Yale. I've seen a lot of antique and vintage frat jewelry with the motif which is sad because I want to wear it but not as a frat symbol lol.

    What size is the stone,is it faceted or a cabochon? The stone is probably inexpensive,but replacing the "prongs" is questionable for price.

    No clue what size the stone is, or if it's faceted or cabochon. It's tiny, whatever it is!
