I have more inventory than I'm getting online and so I'm not really that interested in cluttering up my place much more.

These looked authentic to me and they were only $15. But I passed on them. The thrift shop's not that far away but I realize they might be counterfeit even though one of the legs is broken but that probably wouldn't mean anything in forgeries.

The dresses are newer than the dolls. Then again, there were kits around for making a doll and her clothes. The hair on the old ones I'm familiar with was fired on. One doll has chipped "hair", so it makes me go 'hmmm'. Third hand, the case itself was worth the $15. Shadowbox frames aren't cheap and that one's Victorian.

The case was rather clunky in real life and looked home made.

On second glance, the back doesn't look as old as the front. Purpose-built maybe.
