Featured Native American Bronze Indian Head Sculpture

    I picked this up a few months ago and forgot I had it. Found it rolling around in my trunk today. It is bronze, about 6 inches tall, has a threaded hole in the bottom for mounting to something? Looks to be fairly nice work. Any ideas what this may have been mounted on? Is this a generic Indian or some famous chief? I don’t see any makers mark on it.

    @Ranger Rick, NICE piece!!! I could be totally wrong, but in my 1st image I put a rectangle around what, once enlarge, looked like it "COULD" be writing, but it's SO tiny! Second image I tried to enlarge the rectangle a bit....if you have a loupe, you might give it a look! But as I said, could also be nothing...

    No Writing, just scratches, bummer! I thought it may be by Ed Fraughton? The only images of Indian head sculptures that look to be in the same style.

    Looks like the same type of work, but most of his stuff is twice as tall
