Identification please

    Hi, Can you shed some light on the origins of this vase/jug which I think is referred to as salt glaze. I acquired it from my grandparents. Although it appears old I suspect its not as old as it portrays itself. Was it a functional jug or just decoration? Its 18cm tall and 10cm at widest point. Thanks
