Featured Unknow little figurine

Hello! Does anyone know whose stamp it is and what age the figurine might be?

 

I'm surprised by how many similar figures are to be found on the internet. They're typically described as a putto, a cherub or as Spring.

PB might be the initials of the person who painted it (as in hobbyist painting) or the initials of the person who owned it (which I think is the likely answer).

 

I thought hobbyist as well but a very good one.
