    Very nice piece, Andy.
I think a jewellery maker, possibly from the Southwestern US, took an antique Asian ivory bracelet and added turquoise as well as an opal paw print.

Hopi artist Charles Loloma sometimes incorporated African shell money beads in his bracelets.

Maybe someone could tweak the signature?

Y'might try UV light as a potential help seeing an' reading those markings.

Antique or modern...nope. Not unless it's headed to a museum or some such and has proper documentation. Native Americans from the Alaska and the Pacific Northwest are allowed to sell fossil ivory products, but a non-Native buyer can't resell it as far as I know.

Anyone can sell mammoth ivory except in about a dozen states which ban the sale of mammoth ivory.

Mammoth and modern elephant ivories can be distinguished by the intersecting angles of the schreger lines. "Elephant Schreger lines cross at an angle greater than 115°. Mammoth Schreger lines cross at an angle less than 90°."

https://staff.royalbcmuseum.bc.ca/2...nes cross at,and Ivory Substitutes found here.

You can find more about measuring the angles here, page 10 -

In the USA you need a registered trademark to mark precious metal content,it could have been made by a student/hobbyist.

I was looking for the info on angles earlier today, remembering there having been a good article about it on the US Fish & Wildlife web site. Surprise, surprise, they seem to have been messing with the site, couldn't find anything useful after more than enough time searching.

Pics of bangle don't give much view of the Schreger lines, but from what I could see, thought mammoth was possible.
