    Thank You

The face is covered because in Islam, depicting the Prophet Muhammad visually, whether as an image or statue, is generally discouraged or forbidden by many Muslims.

Remember Charlie Hebdo, It published cartoons of the prophet in 2012, forcing France to temporarily close embassies and schools in more than 20 countries amid fears of reprisals.
There were mass shootings by members of the religion of peace, they killed 12 and seriously injured 14.

I wonder if it is Indian or Pakistani folk art.

Muhammed is wielding a split tip sword, the "zulfiqar". Some traditions say he acquired this magical sword at the battle of Uhud between the early Muslims and the Quraysh (the tribe that controlled Mecca before the rise of Islam), so this drawing may depict that battle. Mohammed later gifted the sword to Ali ibn Abi Talib (Mohammed's cousin, son-in-law, and first Shia Imam), and it became an important symbol of Ali's piety and strength. The zulfiqar was used as an emblem on Ottoman flags and remains a potent symbol, particularly among Shiite Muslims.
