Dating a Windsor chair

    I believe the seat of a Windsor chair has to be carved from a single piece of wood. Yours looks as if it has several pieces making up the seat?

    Yes, 20th century Windsor style reproduction. Done in English, not American, style. I would guess second half of 20th century, hard to pin down better without makers mark.
