Does anybody know these marks?

Hi I have this and I was wondering if anyone knew the maker. Is it French?

 

It looks French to me. There is a town called Cotignac in Provence (I read it first as Corignac but google corrected me) that has a pottery tradition but I'm not an expert in that area. The French have a long tradition of producing this type of pottery and that production is not well documented in English. If no one here can help you further you may need to contact someone in Provence itself to get an answer.

 

I also read Corignac, which is in the Charente region of SW France. I couldn't find a ceramics tradition in Corignac, which doesn't mean there never was one.

Cotignac is near Vallauris, in Provence, SE France. Like Vallauris, Cotignac is known for modern pottery. I don't know if they ever made delicately decorated pottery like yours.
In general, traditional Provençal pottery is much more rustic.
