Featured Uranium Glass w/Gold Paint - Identification?

    I recently bought this piece, and would love to buy more in the future, but so far I can find nothing with this exact gold and etching design. I can only find other types of uranium glass with etching and gold paint, but not this exact style. And would this pedestal dish be considered a "compote"?

    No ID marks anywhere. Thanks! :)

    Paden City Glass made a number of mayonnaise bowls that qwew then decorated by other decorating companies.

    Don't know which company would have made it, but agree with patd.

    There were several decorating companies that would buy glass from glass houses and then do the decorating and sell the item under their name.

    Also agre with patd that this is a mayonaise or sauce bowl.

    It is not called gold paint, this is called "Gold encrusted etch" :)
