I actually kinda do as well. When I 1st started looking at I figured if it was irreparable I was going to make a doll house out of it for mice figures . Id seen one and thought it so cute ! Alas,Im the worlds worst about finishing anything so.....I have no idea what Im going to do with it . I dont think clock repair places even exist anymore.

This was supposed to be 30 and it was close. The first time I went it was a literal goldmine. Last year, not counting some Christmas presents, I spent more on gas than merch. This time I blew $40. The jewelry wasn't a horrible buy, the money went to an animal shelter, but I think the dragon and a glass wreath ornament from Corning might be the prizes.

That clock is a nightmare. Clock repair places definitely still exist, but their services are very costly (well around here)

My husband had a customer (who I believe was part of a. watch forum) used to fix them, we brought him all the old watches to see what was able to be repaired, it is how I learned I had my grandfathers eagle watch. He repaired anything that ticked, he has since passed. If you want it fixed, we may know someone I will check if you would like.

So we may have issues and definitely very little space left in our house I shouldn't go thrifting with the Mrs and let her talk me into things. Today's finds include a Victorian style chase, a Victorian brass easel, a vintage Chelsea homes lamp, a Cornell compote, 2x red velvet bishops chairs, 2x najarian Louis xv replica chairs. Someone help us. On the plus side all of said things were had for $250 IMG_20250517_184912_(1080_x_813_pixel).jpg IMG_20250517_184854_(1080_x_2900_pixel).jpg IMG_20250517_184829_(1080_x_1434_pixel).jpg IMG_20250517_184722_(1080_x_1434_pixel).jpg IMG_20250517_184739_(1080_x_1434_pixel).jpg

The tall oak chair looks like something used in a church, probably 20th century.

    I love him! How pretty.

I always consider this a win. I try to congratulate myself and feel good about being that picky. Junk or low resale stuff ends up being a burden.

I like that easel! Art Nouveau sells well but If probably keep it and use it in my house.

I found this sterling stamp holder from a chatelaine in the consignment shop.
I couldn't leave it there all alone and unloved!
I strung it on a chain to wear as a pendant

I finally broke a dry spell in regards to being at the right place at the right time. I got up around 4:30 a.m., and walked around for hours while people were setting up. As I was about to leave, I guess these people brought jewelry out last. This is what $15 bought, in two separate posts.

The above bar pin is 14k, blue spinel, and seed pearls, missing a pearl.
Below, I believe the glass bracelet is sterling, bottom one is marked as such

Diamond stick pin, only mark looks like a figure under the front crook. This made me think of Davey's diamond he found.

I also spent $65 each on these 10k rings. I found a countertop jewelry cabinet on FB marketplace, but the guy is barely responding, it's exactly what I have been looking for. Sigh.

And I spent too much on this, but I really liked it....can't identify the maker, will post marks on the jewelry board.
