    Welcome to Antiquers.
I took the liberty of posting your vase or urn full image, so people can see. They will also want to see a picture of the base, and want to know if there are any marks.

    Welcome JuJu!
Adding size dimensions could be helpful, too.

The vase on this page looks suspiciously like it but without the metal hardware. A later addition to a vintage vase maybe? Or maybe the vase on the site has had said things removed.

mcm-eapg? Covering a lot of turf there. Certainly not EAPG.

Anyway, a vase with the same pattern but a simpler shape and no hardware is for sale on ebay with a Towle label. I'm not sure what the rules are about eBay links but the title is:
Towle 24% Lead Crystal Block Design 9 In Vase Heavy Made In Poland Beautiful!!

My instinct is that's a contemporary vase (last 40 years or so). The mounts look nice but inexpensive. Perhaps, the mounts were produced by one company, the glass by another, and then the combined piece was marketed by a third company. That can make it difficult to trace. JMHO

Thank you all so much for checking this out for me! The vase has no marks. It is 11" tall - Vase is 8" tall. Posted a couple more pics. Thanks again!
