I can't place the hallmarks on these two 925 sterling jewelry pieces. It looks like IL33 with a CA or CG in the middle. Mark 1.jpg Mark 2.jpg bracelet1.jpg necklace 1.jpg

Yes, it is. I'm am aware that Hallmarks and Maker's marks are both crucial for identifying jewelry. Hallmarks, which are official stamps that indicate the metal's type and purity and it's already identified as 925. So yes, I'd like to know the makers mark which are the initials or symbols used to indicate the manufacturer. :)

    Beautiful set @MeToYou .:)
OPs set is Ottoman style, just like the Greek bracelet. Greece was occupied by the Ottoman Turks, and you see a Turkish influence in some of their arts.
So it could have been made in Turkey or a formerly Ottoman country, or made elsewhere, but inspired by Ottoman jewellery.
Shube's make Southwestern US jewellery, which this set isn't. Southwestern US jewellery is mostly silver and turquoise

Besides, Shube's mark is an S with a line through the middle and an added copyright mark. It is halfway down this page:

OP's mark looks like IL33 with CA or CG, as @MeToYou said.
Btw, I don't think the stone is a real turquoise.

Great info, AJ! Turkey makes sense based on what I've seen in stores recently.

Palestine was occupied by the Ottoman Turks and there is still Ottoman influence, so yes, could be, datewise. But stylewise more likely Ottoman style Palestinian than modern Israeli.

Looks like Greek marks to me, the maker's registered number possibly 'η.33' (lower case eta)...

Thanks everyone! So helpful. I've had this set since my aunt gave it on to me as a teenager and she recently passed. I never asked where she got it and I don't think it's real turquoise either...just wanted info on the marks.
