FWIW, I put the image of the marks into google and it translated it as

    YUK SHAN ROAD

    Also, said it is Japanese

The stamped mark is for the Tamayama kiln.
No luck finding the painted mark.

Japanese porcelain often has a very distinct blue and white, which this bowl has. Also, a loosely written signature in a vertical line is generally Japanese.

Also, FWIW, there is a difference in the number of a dragon's toes between Japanese and Chinese dragons. Something I picked up along the way, so I don't know if it's true.

    cultures are funny.......

TIL Japanese dragons have 3 toes, whereas Chinese dragons have 4-5. The Japanese believe this is because dragons come from japan, and the further they travelled, the more toes they gained

    ..

The main difference though is that Japanese Dragons only have three toes whereas Chinese Dragons have either four or five. Chinese legend has it that the Dragon was born in China and would lose toes the further it travelled from home.
