    They are Balance/scale weights.

    Greek...... and with all the yearly inspection markings , I'd say for commercial use..

    They are made in Greece probably in the 30's, and marked (in Greek) "Vogiatzis Factories, Athens".
    The oka measurement system was abolished in Greece in 1959. More on the oka and drams here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oka_(mass)

    Dang-I was hopin' it was a bronze age power lifting set (for mice) ! Interesting little conversation pieces though.

    Those are fun! I’ve had scales with yearly inspection marks/stickers. Personally I’ve not seen weights with inspection marks.
