Okay Glassies, what did I buy in this box lot?

I bought these vases yesterday in a box lot for $5.00 and I don't know what I got. I'm pretty sure the clear glass vase is Fostoria Camellia, and the small green one is marked USA on the bottom, so it may be Shawnee. The other three are a mystery. They vary in size from 10" (the tall green one) to 6" (the small green one). Any IDs will be greatly appreciated.

I can confirm the green vase is Shawnee. Sorry, I can't help with the glass.

 

No further thoughts on the three vases I can't identify? I know very little about glass.

 

There's some real glass experts here, so I'd recommend patience: people may not check here every day, etc.

I think the orange cased glass vase may be Japanese. Early to mid-ish 20th century. My other thought was British, but that clear foot seems wrong. Love to hear some opinions from the UK.
Wild guess for the other 2. Pink, Japanese, 70's, and green, US, 40'S
