Featured ID of native carving ??

Just over 5 inches tall, hand-carved tooth I think. Looks Pacific Islander, but can't nail down a specific area. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks much, Chipperdoug.

 

It is trying to be NW Coast in style, and looks like fossilized walrus ivory. No signature?

.it looks to be fossilized walrus tusk , carved in the shape of a Haida Chief , with frontlet and cedar neck ring. ( although,,, it may be dyed..?)
It's a known image that for the life of me I can't find the right picture of.....

The hair is made to evoke the Octopus clan crest.
