Philippine Ifugao Shaman Teeth Necklace

I know that this may be a strange question, but does anyone know what animal these may be from? Water buffalo??

 

I'm thinking we're gonna need close-ups of those teeth, the lanyard an' the 'focus' bottle-opener-shaped items, please.
