    Approx 15 cm.
I only managed to find one identical item, that didn't have the/a brand name on it, and a few normal size tools shaped like this.
    Promo item? Salesman sample?

wonder if it could be a terrarium tool mate. looks like a lot of the newer ones are telescopic for easier access, but seems there are older types that are not

well if that size is rare :woot:

Thanks! I wasn't able to find much with Google. It was mostly showing pics of shorts and bras, and the Polar store on Amazon, with the info:
    Foundation of the Polar brand
Remscheid in the Ruhr area of North Rhine-Westphalia has always been known for highly specialised steel deformation, mechanical engineering as well as the development and production of tools.

Since 1790, the two companies Eduard Engels and David Sieper and Söhne have been producing ice skates according to the Dutch model made of wood with a steel rail, which were attached to winter shoes with leather straps.

In 1924, the companies joined together and founded the Polar plants Engels & Sieper in Remscheid. They quickly became the market leader for high-quality ice skates, roller skates and garden tools under the brand name Polar-Helios.
