In the first picture you can see how they arrived: 2 stones missing, only one middle part. (And yes, the silver and diamond brooch was also an amazing find this week and the gold and pearl cone is cute).
But back to the earrings: I replaced the two missing stones and I just left the one middle part out. Some stones are more yellow than others but I just left those be. For now, the earrings are ok to wear.
I noticed they have the french Boars head mark (so they are French, 1838-now) but in my opinion they are early part of 19th century (1938-1850ish).
In the other pictures you can see them next to a pair of silver and paste Georgian Earrings (those are heavy! And look at those pastes shine! Upper part is a replacement) and to the right a pair of Old Flemish earrings (rose cut diamonds, silver and vermeil back...ca 1840-1880 ish, I showed these here plenty of times).
I do feel the 'new' earrings have much in common with the Old Flemish earrings. Their back and the way they were constructed have a lot of similarities.
So, can anyone decipher the other marks? Do you agree with my time-frame? And, would you look for the perfect middle part or just leave them be?
    Thank you for looking!

What a rare find! I don't know what you mean by the "middle part" missing. As for marks, maybe a gentle polish on the silver with a cloth might allow you to get a sharp image or two?

Hello Curioser, thank you very much for the reply and advice!
I ll try to polish them to make sharper images.
Middle part: the earrings are hoops and in the first and third picture you can see one middle part hanging in one of them (three stones beneath each other). Since there was only one, I removed it and now I wear the earings as just two hoops without anything hanging in them.

It's too bad about the missing part but you've repaired them and made do in a great way. They look lovely. I like your whole collection and that brooch is stunning too!

I have worn them as was, but then I've worn mismatched earrings deliberately. I'm just glad to see them saved and not in the trash.

Oh, I see now! The dangle that hung inside the hoop. You could put a pearl drop in there on both--not original but then the ring holding the dangles would have a purpose again.
