I don't know anything about it other than it is a lovely, well executed painting.

I won this at a Los Angeles area auction. Here is the Sig.

 

So likely a Mexican artist. (And probably not Mexican-American because s/he uses the accent.) So... I'm thinking decorative.

I would classify this painting as more in the category of 'collectible art' as opposed to decorative art. Not much of a distinction, but I was drawn to the piece because of the skill of the artist and the contemplative nature of the work.
