    Nice find Book. That was the true spelling of his name on the cookbook. He had to change his last name when he started making canned products because no one really knew how to say his name right. He had a restaurant first and then the canned stuff later on for the mass market.

    I believe this would be considered a Depression era cookbook.
    Hope it sells at a nice price for you.
