HELP IDENTIFY--is this a pocket watch hook ???

    DSCF2611.JPG DSCF2616.JPG DSCF2612.JPG DSCF2614.JPG DSCF2615.JPG DSCF2617.JPG DSCF2618.JPG HELLO ALL AND THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP RECEIVED....i purchased this today...the tag says bronze pocket watch hook...i was wondering if anyone else agrees with that????..most dealers have no clue what they have..the mold i think was sand casted and there are letters on the back that im pretty sure say GD.....thx andy

    That sounds good... And anything of a certain size could be hung on it, not just a watch.
