    Thrift store find this morning. Stands 6 1/2" tall Brass maybe silver plated at one time?

    The parts you hold onto seem to be brass and glass, so it might be OK to use. Total artisan/shed piece though. I doubt we'll ever know whodunnit.

    True! Reminds me of a larger piece, a planter, I made in a stained-glass class many years ago.

    Looks like someone upcycled a stained glass window and broken wine glass.

    Bit of a Moser feeling about it
