Anyone out there recognize who made the pot ? It's 5"-6" tall by about 6" across. The only marks on it are the numbers on the base.
Thanks all. POTT 1.jpg POTT 5.jpg POTT 3.jpg

Now isn't that a curious thing? First glance, you think studio pottery (that style was 1990s/early 2000s? WAG) and then the base shows impressed numbers, swishy glaze and wide dry footrim which suggest factory made. Most of wares like this come from Southeast Asia somewhere, but on this one I dunno.

The serif numbers remind me of an earlier era of ceramics-but I get what you're saying Kent,it's a mysterious soup of times/styles.
It's like a modern studio potter interpreting Roseville Pinecone (or not ?).

Definitely the same or very similar glaze and modeling. I agree 100% on the old majolica number forms-that's what really puzzled me.

This search result links it to pretty grit Hamilton a home ware store in Canada. I don't have Instagram so can't get any further..

Pretty grit has a website. Maybe you can find it on there. Odds on its modern Canadian homeware paraphernalia..

Thanks Chinois- The shop had a price of $19.99 on it and the blasted thing felt newish but those base numerals were disconcerting (help !). Thanks All.

LOL, it's Canadian. Who knew? You could contact the owner to see if it is Canadian made or if she "sourced" it from elsewhere. https://prettygrit.ca/
