This little cup is a little over 2" tall. I don't see a mark on the bottom.
It just didn't look like a Japanese copy, but wdik.
Thrift store had about four shelves full of Wedgwood. This was the only one i took as I already have all my mom's that I have to do something with.

Forgot to mention the inside is glazed.
Google AI is saying Schafer and Vater.
    Could it be?

It looks like actual sprigging to me. I think with Schafer and Vater the relief decoration was in the mold, but could be wrong. Companies like Copeland and dudson did sprigging, and I'm sure others as well. Might be useful to image search individual motifs to see if they crop up elsewhere. Might not.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Kind of looks like it might say something showing a little bit, but not enough for me to see..........

Schafer and Vaters Jasperware was sprigged. At least one article I read said. The other reason I thought them was the figures are not neoclassical
    More Victorian or later.

That almost translucent slip ware looks like Adams jasperware to my untrained eye.
