    Here's one that was listed on Etsy for 68.50 EUR

    Marked as unavailable, not as sold.

    Arler is the ceramics factory
    Coimbra is the city in Portugal where it was made
    Sec XV = 15th century, but only indicates that the decoration is based on the style of that period.
    Hand painted indicates that this was a more recent piece for tourists/foreign market
    And Fernando is the name of the decorator.

    Unable to find any info on Arler, so no idea when this was made. Could have been a few decades ago, or last week.

    The Etsy seller refers to it as a "decanter." It would more properly be called a bedside water carafe and tumbler.
