These two both depict the Hindu goddess Radha, or that is what I believe they do. The one with the arms in forward position attracts a rare earth magnet, so it can't be pure bronze? They are 23 and 26 cm tall and weighs close to 6 kg. I would love to know more about them. Age, where they were made, metal, if the way they stand has any special meaning etc.

Yes, both are Radha and both are antique, made in Bengal, India. Judging from the wear on the base, the first one is older, could even be 18th century. The second one is 19th century imo.
Looks like the first one once had separate earrings, and the second had painted details. They are made to hold flowers in their hands, and were once paired with their beloved Krishna.
Asian bronzes are a different alloy from Western bronzes. The percentages are different, and often the metals used in the alloy are different, especially in bronzes with a spiritual meaning.

@Any Jewelry. Thank you for the info. Do you know how old they could be? I have a couple of Krishna sculptures too, but I think they are possibly not made of bronze.
