Featured A Brain Melter For The Book People

I found a book about DaQing Oil field. Mostly written in Chinese and it does have pictures. I can't find another book like it. Does this have any value?

 

I'll bet it does, if only for the dual-language text, an' the pics of Chairman Mao Zedung an' Zhou Enlai.
The Da Qing oil field is perhaps long depleted, but the book is a unique piece of history, possibly as much for the Chinese-English language treatment. Probably published in the 1950's...a nice find, Kraft!

 

Thanks Wlwhittier. There were a bunch of petrolium based books sitting around. All owned by a person who recently passed away. Also his yearbook from a military prep school for boys and a research ledger from a very well known company. The guy was a petrolium engineer.
