Priscilla Rub Table? Cushman? Eeek!?!

Hello Antiquers! I'm a total noob here and have a question about a table that has been in my family for a few generations. We're currently using it as a Scrabble table, and before that a laundry folding table. We used it as a dining table 40+ years ago, and I believe my great-great aunt used it for sewing.

It has slightly rounded/smoothed corners on the two end-leaves with rather plain, Amish looking lines as shown. The original stain is barely hanging on in places. I think it is either cherrywood or maple perhaps? There are no chairs with it. Does ANYONE have any information they can share? I tried looking up the maker's mark (?) and patent number (?) that is inked on the bottom, but I've had no luck. I haven't the slightest idea how to value this piece or learn more about its origins.
