Another find from my brief car boot trip this morning! I thought ID on these would be easy with such a clear makers mark but it has so far eluded me!
A.I wants to attribute it to William Gould but I can’t find actual evidence of this mark being his but I may not be looking in the right place and AI is notoriously unreliable! They are really heavy, (the head is 1.3kg!) so is presumably made of lead. The mark is a crossed axe and hammer with R.T below one a crown above. Bumble has a registered design number sadly illegible.
Google gives me every axe and hammer in existence
Any ideas of maker, age or origin or where to look welcomed.
    Many thanks :)

I believe that Rd number would have been recorded in 1906.
