    We can't paste links into the forum that include https://www. Otherwise they automatically become links, hit the ebay server when clicked, and pick up tracking codes that fail into that black screen/white dot. :rolleyes:

    another was to view is if you click the link, then highlight everything in front of https and delete that Screenshot 2025-08-03 at 1.33.07 PM.png

    then just click it again and presto, the page appears

    Yes, it does! But sometimes you also need to delete stuff at the end of the link as well....like in Charlie's first link, you must also delete everything after the question mark. It can be SUPER long on some urls so if you're on mobile you might copy/paste it to a notepad or an empty email to more efficiently delete the junk before copy/pasting to a browser. :dead:

    Thanks, everyone! I'll give mirana's method a try next time. Tech stuff (ie: phone and laptop) have driven me nearly crazy over the last few months. I think I have a purple thumb when in comes to devices!
