Vintage jadeite floor lamp identification

    Hi…I just picked this up at a local thrift store, posted it on marketplace and prices according to similar lamps on eBay. But I honestly do t know anything about this lamp.
    Can anyone help me identify more about it and help me value it, understand its rarity?
    It appears to be jadeite, brass and other metals. The two sockets don’t match, one looks brass and older and the other newer. I don’t see any maker marks but the bottom has a raised inscription that was part of the casting and reads “patent appld for E1260” Having trouble uploading pics
