The top is the same color inside and out. That's a good sign.

 

you might have to elaborate evey, think monkey in a boy hat when it comes to diamonds

 

The metal. If the top was silvery on the outside but gold on the back I'd be a lot more leery. Or worse - gold on the outside but silvery on the back. I can usually tell if something is in my hands, but it's a lot harder from a photo.

 

Ah got ya i can appreciate that, photos aren't probably the best way to id diamonds

i might be teaching her how to play guitar, but she in fact taught me how to sing properly, she always says i don't sing properly

and i know what she means now (Diaphragm singing) i knew of the notion but just didn't do it properly

now

 

she showed me this technique (from youtube) where you blow water through a straw in a cup, and it just opens up the vocal chords and uses where you need to sing from

i was like bloody Pavarotti (mass fun)
