This sale will likely not make any of your drool but I thought I would share one of the hardest set ups we have ever done. Wife passed away a month ago - she was in her 50's - very sad. Husband who is also is his 50's was taking care of her. Floor to ceiling totes and boxes. Little pathway to make it from the door to kitchen (which was basically not usable). Couldn't walk in any other rooms. I do not believe the wife could make it down the stairs towards the end of her life. Mail and newspapers were packed away from 2011 to current. We went through 2 - 30 foot dumpster roll off and could have gone through another but we have run out of time. SO many things are brand new with tags - 55 totes of new clothing from XL to 4X. Basement and garage were floor to ceiling stacks of furniture is various states of repair or repurpose. We have had tremendous response to our videos (one video over 15,000 views) and people are driving in from hours away! One of the biggest draws to this sale are the vintage stickers we found. We had someone from California offer $1000 for the collection! Really crazy! SO - if you find old stickers - don't throw them away. I had no idea! https://www.estatesales.net/GA/Canton/30114/4549143

First issue of Nintendo Power in picture 271. Too bad I'm no where near there. Wonder what other video game things are hiding about.

Wow! What a massive collection of things. It is sad when a situation becomes like this, it makes me wonder where has family been if they have any. However, I know hoarders need to be professionally helped & treated.

Vintage D&D stuff gets a pile of eyeballs, if there is any. I have two cousins who'd be head down to their waists in it. Me I'm more of a jewelry hoarder and cat's human (and UConn Husky fan...go Dawgs!) , but odds on the Bulldogs stuff gets hit hard too. You are going to have your hands full with this one!

@laura9797 - OMG!! I can see why you have so much interest in this sale. :jawdrop::jawdrop::jawdrop:

I kept thinking that surely I was just about done viewing the photos, but I began to think they would never end.:rolleyes::hilarious:

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the line didn't start forming by 6:00 AM & possibly even earlier. :wideyed::wideyed:

I hope, other than the fact that it is going to hot as hell, but you are in Georgia & it is August :p:p:hilarious:, the weather cooperates rain-wise.:happy:

Omg y'all did such an amazing job on the clean up and presentation! I'm sure the husband was thankful for that even before the sale. She was definitely a shopaholic. Looks like she had a new uga shirt for every game! :wideyed:

I've sold all my vintage stickers a long time ago and yes those collectors will pay interesting prices. I got my best sales from Lisa Frank of course. I hope you took that Cali buyer up on their offer because 1k seems extreme for that lot, even so!

I hope the sale goes well so the husband/family can move forward. Let us know how it goes!

Great job! When you said hoarder, I was expecting floor to ceiling boxes full of dusty dirty stuff all over the place. You made it look like a nice home with a bit too much stuff in it.

Yes we had to clean out before we could walk through. There were also 3 little dogs who I don't think went outside hardly ever! Enjoying my cup of coffee before the craziness of the day!

The dogs were the best finds, probably. Enjoy the insanity! (it's that or be driven nuts by the combined stupidity and ...stupidity... of others. Voice of experience.)
