Help Please with Mark on Sterling tea strainer with wooden handle

    Looked at the Silver Marks references but not sure how to start with this "busy" marking. Looks like a bunch of letters and lines to my untrained eyes. Thanks! - Joe

    Thanks, it does look like writing. That’s part of the wooden handle so I wonder why they would use that surface
