I have tried to find out about this bronze by Gorham. It's about 6 inches high and 5 inches wide. It looks like there might have been a base at some time as there are 4 small screw holes. Marked on the bottom. I tried image search and just running keywords through google and come up with 1 close looking piece but its not by Gorham.
It appears to be a highly replicated pose. Even myself, I had once owned a cold painted bronze incense with a man in a turban sitting in the same pose. IMG_8878.jpeg IMG_8877.jpeg IMG_8880.jpeg IMG_8892.jpeg IMG_8891.jpeg IMG_8885.jpeg

Been in your position many a time Balto ! Because of their beauty, I can't resist. Still have a sterling clad nouveau nude vase with a missing arm-had to buy her.

Unknowable, but sometimes that's why they're still waiting for us ? I've got an old wind-up 1930's steel land/speed record deco toy race car -it was cheap because someone had removed the side fins...been looking for those side fins for some time.
