hin hand painted cup and saucer - old? blue flower mark on bottom -who made it?

    My wife picked up this cup and saucer for a buck at the thrift store. It has a mark on the bottom of the saucer that I can't identify (couldn't find it on Gotheborg). It is in perfect condition. All hand painted. I'm assuming it is Japanese, but who made it and when?
