Grabbed these in the east end of Oxford today. There's a small cluster of charity shops just inside the orbital road where the A40 connects to it. A small suburb called Headington.

Anyway, they look like Japanese greeting cards of some sort. Card mounted silk with ink drawings attached

    Guesstimate ~7" x 4"

They look somehow more Chinese than Japanese...to me, anyway. Very nicely done, in either case...Thanks!

Grrrr. I originally posted it as Chinese, then hastily changed to Japanese before I got caught out. Google keeps telling me lies today. It even made me walk up a country road with no pavement and national speed limit.

It's okay. I turned back when it was impossible to not walk on the road. Having to jump two feet up to a raised verge every time a car came made it slightly impossible. A short walk back to the bus stop with a £2 fare was preferable. I observed the conditions on the bus and it was pretty much like that for two miles. They spend billions on roads and bypasses but can't put anything in place to ensure safety of pedestrians.

Google search isn't always too bright. Those screamed Chinese so loudly they were practically jumping up and down and holding up a sign. :p:p:p Google, uhm.... :muted::muted::muted::muted:
