    Hi,
I have a set of two crackleware vases. About 8" high and 6" wide, no marks.
One is adorned with images and the other is plain. The illustrated one has been turned into a lamp - I haven't got the lamp bits off yet, to look at the underside. But, the bottom of the plain vase is not marked.

Hi there, you want to look into chinese Nanking, for a term for these types ;)

the majority of ones i have had before were turn of the century into the early 20th century

    hope this helps

i would keep the lamp one as a lamp, as without it, its a jar without a lid ;)

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Sure 'looks' like, other than what looks like a 't' off to the left, that the other upper rectangle has some sort of printing there that's a bit lighter....but I'm also not that familiar with this kind of vases either..........
