    Hello all!

I picked up this book on Sunday. It is John Tyler’s 1841 address to both houses of Congress, plus a dozen plus 1842 Congressional speeches - most relating to Tariffs and Presidential Veto power (one being from John Van Buren of New York).

On the last page of one of the speeches “M Van Buren” is signed on the top of the page -PHOTO ATTACHED- After checking online Martin Van Buren appears to have had 2 different signatures during his life. The writing in my book perfectly matches one of them.

As mentioned, a speech from a John Van Buren is the second one in the book. Further in the book, written on top of another page is “Hon John Van Buren.”

Now I wonder, could this possibly have been Martin Van Buren’s book? Who else at that time would have had a large compilation of congressional and presidential speeches from one congressional term, other than a politician?

Photos attached, any help appreciated. If you are familiar with books like this would anyone have a potential value?
