Featured Help ID Beaded Tribal Belt

Hi, Folks-
Can someone enlighten me as to what I have here? It appears to be some kind of tribal belt. Coral? beads, wood disks, cowrie shells and brass coins? make up the decoration. The back is finely ribbed black cloth. Length is about 30" and it's 2-1/4" wide. It forms a smooth low arced curve but I had to scrunch it up a bit for the camera. Found it out in the wild with no provenance. Thanks for thinking about this.

I note the cowrie rosettes are each of 11 shells.
It may not be significant...but I'm drawn to things that parse a circle into an odd number of segments, or items.

 

...I'd go straight to Nepal for similarities .....

 

An image search brings up many very similar listed as affordable contemporary fashion items. Ebay #254587726943 is an example, still with its EXPRESS store label. HERE's one on Etsy, just like yours (and with an ambitious price).

Agree, Nepali, based on traditional Himalayan belts.
It is not tribal.
