I've tried several times over several hours, and am being told that the "webpage is not available."

A tad "slow" to respond, but I haven't gotten any error like that - and I've been there several times in the last 2+ hours.

It seems back up now. It had a case of the slows for a while.

[surrenders to the temptation] Isn't it a little late for that? [ducks]

I went on for the first time in two weeks and found I sold a bunch of stuff and didn't send it so two of the transactions were automatically refunded. Saves me the trouble. I just don't have time for Ebay right now and should not be listing in the summer time.

I couldn't get on about noon so I posted to facebook. Apparently they're having server issues. There was an article on ecommercebytes about it - trying to find it now.

ETA: seems ebay's back up now too

Here's the article, but it's not ecommercebytes....don't know who this slashgear is but this is the article someone posted in response to my query on facebook.

    http://www.slashgear.com/ebay-is-down-its-not-just-you-30339330/

"Believe it or not, eBay appears to be down in the United States. Downtime began at approximately 8 minutes after 10PM Central Time and continue through the publication time of this article. At this time it would appear that eBay remains active through servers around the world outside of the United States, suggesting that the downtime is centered on eBay’s USA-based servers."
