Aware of the condition issues, but buyer's seem to love dog things --esp if it is a specific breed. Any help on the breed here? Thanks!

I’m thinking Boston Terrier, due to the pointed ears.

Yes, Ghopper, I am thinking Boston Terrier too. It's a small sized yipper, perfect for a crumb brush. Not sure what I would do if I got a crumb brush and still didn't have a butler to go with it though! :)

@Lucille.b , I think you could call it either of those two breeds, and just say that you don't know which it is. They have similar ears to each other. And since this is an older item, the Boston Terrier historically had slightly smaller ears than the way they are bred today. Not sure about the French Bulldog's ears, historically.

From Wikimedia Commons, Here is a late 19th-century painting of an English Bulldog (the bigger one) and a French Bulldog (the smaller one). And also, an 1890s photo of a champion Boston Terrier Fannie_Moody_-_English_and_French_Bulldogs.jpg

    Thanks, all. :)

Easy enough to list as either breed (thanks for the suggestion, Fig.) and just let the buyer decide!
